As part of an intra-group reorganisation and integration, we are pleased to announce that Manchester Underwriting Management Limited (“MUM”) transferred its business to Pen Underwriting Limited (“Pen”), with effect from 1 November 2022 (“Effective Date”). Pen will, in relation to the MUM business, trade as “Manchester Underwriting Management” or “Pelican Underwriting Management” as applicable. Accordingly, from the Effective Date, Pen will be responsible for the administration of all in-force policies, renewals , run-off business and claims handling activities in relation to the MUM business.
